Who Is
Tania Mather
Tania is a certified Wellness Coach with the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) and specialises in integral stress management. She helps people who feel exhausted and burnt out due to stress; helping identify their stress points and gives them the necessary tools that they need to live a more balanced life. Tania is also a trained Watsu Practitioner, Ai Chi and yoga teacher.
Having worked as a tour director in Spain and Portugal for over 25 years, Tania regularly felt strain and daily pressure so she started learning different ways to cope with her own stress through meditation and mindfulness. Then, diagnosed with breast cancer, Tania decided to make major shifts in her diet and lifestyle. Through her studies with the IAWP she developed her skills for wellness coaching. Passionate about everything she has learned she now wants to help others live happy and healthy lives through her tailored workshops, tours and personal coaching sessions.
